and if you want to join in with that theme then go for it :-)

Alysha - Its a BLUE Christmas for our DT theme this week and I have used one of my faves Twiggy and Toots CD to create this lovely festive card. Looking forward to seeing your entries. Hugs Aly xx

Helen - For my Blue Christmas I've gone monochromatic and used the fabby Candy Cane Elf from the Winnie Winterland collection you can find it right here  and some of those awesome new dies.

Jacki For my blue Christmas I have used papers from Winnie in Winterland & Baked with Love and the super cute snowman is a digi also from the Winnie collection which I have coloured using prisma and derwent colour soft pencils.

Lisa - I've gone clean and simple for my card today. I have layered the Frosty Penguins image and sentiment directly over a backing paper from the Frosted Winter Octavia Digital Download and printed onto my alcohol marker card. I have coloured the image and then added shading around the image for a little depth.

Pauline - I've used a fun image from Winnie in Winterland to create my blue Christmas card - don't be shocked, I've actually coloured my image for a change!  The papers are also from the Winnie in Winterland collection.

Carol - For my blue Christmas card this week, I've used papers, embellies and a sentiment from the Winnie Winterland collection. I created the snowflake paper layer with the embellies. I wanted to keep to a clean and simple card this week. To finish it off I added a button and bow from the Ephemera in the Rose budd collection, which I printed and cut out.

xxxxx
ElenaI used the sweet Winnie to make a special calendar for the new year.  It's name of this digi is Bearing Gifts and you can get it  HERE .

Karon - I have used the wonderful Festive Christmas collection for this quick card.  Just layering up some extra pieces, inking the edges and used a glitter pen to add some sparkle to the doves and heart.

Lots of fabulous creations to inspire you.

Jacki - For my DT piece this week I have gone with a Christmas decoration. It's the first time I have made one of these and in all honesty when I see a challenge for a non card I get the heeby jeebies as I  am mainly a card maker(it's my comfort zone) but I totally enjoyed making this, it was so easy just using papers from the Winnie in Winterland collection  a flower from my stash and some glitter and there you have it.

Elena - A ball hanging on the Christmas tree, hand-made is a gem that should not be missed this year.
For this project, Printing and coloring WINNIE stamp Winterland - NORTH POLE and WINNIE Winterland - POLAR FRIENDS DIGITAL. Furthermore shamrocks I punched them with paper BAKED WITH LOVE collection.

Ruth -  I've made a bottle tag using papers from Winnie Winterland and the flowers from the Bubbleicious Frames die.  Quick and easy!

Lisa - For my make today I have used a Holly leaf from the Festive Christmas Download, printed multiple times onto an A4 sheet, cut out and layered up with Cherry Blossom Branch Die to make a Christmas Wreath.

Karon - I have made an ornament for the tree, or you could hang it on the wall if you like too.  I have used the wonderful Winnie Winterland for the main characters and the snowflake.  The background paper is from the fabulous Festive Christmas Collection.  I did some layering up and adding some glitter.  Merry Christmas :-)

.

Bev here with a cute idea if you're having a Christmas Fayre. I just had a play around with Baked With Love in my graphics programme, resizing and cropping images and made some little toppers to add to cello bags filled with goodies. Obviously you don't have to use Gingers but I don't need an excuse lol x

Anjie - I have used the stunning Winnie Winterland collection to make this tag. I've done some paper patchwork and inked the edges with a distress ink before gluing them in place. I then used a black pen to add some faux stitching. I then cut out all my embellies and sentiments and again inked to edges of them all before sticking the in place with 3D foam pads. More pics on my blog.

Gail - For this weeks challenge, I've created a tag holder and gift tags using the stamps from the  delicious Festive Christmas collection.

This week we are sharing with you a lovely project made by Sandra you can visit her lovely blog here.
Sandra won one of our competions that we hold over on our Facebook group and has become our November Fest GDT - keep watching to see more of Sandra's lovely work over the next few weeks
This wonderful advent uses many different collections from Polkadoodles and atands at an amazing 2ft tall!!

Now onto the fabulous inspiration from the Design Team.

Ruth:  I've printed two of the silvery grey papers from Winnie Winterland and used these to weave a background - I lightly distressed the edges of the strips before weaving for a more shabby chic feel.  The image is also from the same download (pre coloured), printed onto linen effect white card.  Everything else is from my stash

Tracy - I have used Festive Christmas collection. I love the rich colours in this collection and are having a lot of fun playing... and weaving!
Scatty Jan For my weaving of papers , I made some little hanging ornaments, very simple just using 12 small slices of paper, great to use some of those oddments you have hanging about - Papers and images all from Winnie Winterland

Gail - I've created a star wreath with a simply origami fold, using the delicious papers from the Festive Christmas collection and also the Bubbleicious die.

Bev here with my inspiration. I decided to create a festive notebook for my Christmas card list using Baked with Love

Anjie - Well, I've never done paper weaving before so this was new to me. Of course I'm on with making my Christmas tags so thought I'd try it on one of those so I didn't get overwhelmed. I have used the Festive Christmas Stamp Soup collection for this, both the CD and the stamp set. As always lots more details and photos on my blog.
Claire C I've used papers, embellies, flowers and one of the gorgeous images from the Winnie Winterland collection to make my card. You can also get the image on it's own here.  I got in a bit of a tangle with the paper weaving but managed to crack it in the end lol. The image has been coloured with Graph'It Markers, I've coloured the fox in creams to make it a lovely puss cat and I've used Polkadoodles dies to cut the flowers (Flowers 1) and the focal image (Bubblicious Frames).

I also used Paper from the bundle and cut it into strips to weave it together

Such fabulous creations.

The DT's twist on the challenge theme is to Weave some Paper and if you want to join in with that theme then go for it :-)

Alysha -  I cut out a tree shape with my Cameo and then weaved the pattern behind the tree using Polkadoodles Xmas Papers and matted it onto some red card. Looking forward to seeing your projects this week.

Helen - I've dusted off my paper weaving and made a background paper using papers from the new Baked with Love Collection to go with the little ginger in her snowglobe. I've added some flowers and a festive decoration from the collection to. You can find everything  right here.

Pauline - I've used four papers from the Lavender Tea CD to weave a background for my clean and simple Winter Birthday card, the flower is also from the CD.

Jacki - For my card I have used The festive Christmas collection I love these papers they are gorgeous.  I decided to keep my card clean and simple focusing on the pattern of the weave and the image.

Lisa - I have used fabulous papers from Festive Hollybobs Full Download Collection to weave a square, which with a paper ribbon, bow and some foliage cut with Cherry Blossom Branch Die has turned into a Christmas Present. The sentiment on the little tag is also from the collection.

Elena - For my card I have used BAKED WITH LOVE papers. I love these cards, so I decided to bring out their beauty with a simple card.

Carol - If you take a couple of patterned papers from Winnie Winterland and weave them together to put behind a house shaped cut out. Then add a couple of characters from Baked with Love, add some more decorations and a tag and here is what you get:

Karon - I have used the wonderful Winnie Winterland collection for my card today.  I weaved some of the papers and these were placed behind the Stocking window.  Also used the wonderful Super Sprigs Die and the Flowers 2 Die for the flower on the top of the stocking.

Lots of fabulous creations to inspire you so we hope you have some fun with our theme, although of course you don't HAVE to weave because
